Who we are

This website is run by COSTMATIQ PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62011TN2026PTC197770), Sf. No. 259/1, Ohm Sakthi Nagar, Vanagaram, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu 600095, India.

What we collect

When you request a POC or write to us, we receive what you give us: your name, work email, company, role, the parts you are interested in and your message. If you share drawings, models or quotes during a POC, that happens under a separate agreement with your company.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and secure the service.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, arrange and run a POC, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data or share it for others' marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in conversation with you or your company, and then for no longer than our legal and accounting obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it, by writing to sales@costmatiq.com.
